Log in, book a LIVE class or choose a recording. Start on my website.

1. Log in with your existing account

  1. Select Access your online account, then Login if you are not already logged in.
  2. Use the same email you used to activate your membership.
  3. To use your password, choose Use password instead and enter your account password. You can also use the 6-digit code sent to your email.

Check Spam if the code does not arrive. If a different account is logged in, log out and use your activation email. Your membership confirmation shows that access has been activated.

Can't see the classes, or being asked to pay? First check that you are logged in with your activation email and that your membership is still active. An active free membership does not require another purchase for the access included in it.

Schedule is for LIVE bookings, Videos for recordings, and Pricing for memberships and prices.

2. Book a LIVE class

  1. Open Schedule and choose the date and class.
  2. Select Sign Up, choose your active membership and select Reserve My Spot. For your free month, choose FREE MONTH / LUNĂ GRATUITĂ / MES GRATIS.
  3. Wait for the booking confirmation. An active membership does not automatically book a class.

Classes are usually on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 PM Romania time. Check the date, time and timezone shown for the class you choose.

3. Join Zoom at class time

  1. Open your booking through Schedule → View → Launch Class. Or select Class Link in your booking/reminder email.
  2. If the link is missing when you book more than 24 hours ahead, check the later reminder or your booking in your account.
  3. Open the Zoom app and select Join Audio / Join with Computer Audio. On a phone/tablet, choose Wi-Fi or Cellular Data for audio.
  4. Keep your microphone on Mute. Display the instructor large, in full screen.

For your first class, prepare Zoom and test picture and sound 10 minutes early. Use a stable connection and have water and room to move.

4. Watch recorded classes anytime

  1. Select Watch recorded classes above or open Videos in your account.
  2. Choose a class and press play. Pause and repeat steps whenever you like.

No LIVE booking is needed, and recordings do not use Zoom. Stay logged in with the email of the membership that includes Videos.

5. Bigger picture and better sound: laptop + TV

  1. Connect your laptop to your TV with HDMI(and an adapter if needed). Select the matching HDMI input on the TV.
  2. Show the same picture on the TV: on Windows, Win + P → Duplicate; on a Mac, enable screen mirroring in display settings.
  3. Open Zoom or Videos on the laptop and show the class in full screen.
  4. For LIVE, select Join Audio. In Zoom's audio menu, choose the TV/HDMI under Speaker. For Videos, select the TV/HDMI as your laptop's audio output.
  5. Adjust the TV volume and check it is not muted. Keep your Zoom microphone muted during LIVE classes.

You can also use just a phone, tablet or laptop. Place the device securely, in landscape mode and far enough away to see while dancing. On a phone/tablet, connect Zoom audio through the internet.

Want to send your phone/tablet picture to your TV?

Compatible devices can use AirPlay / Screen Mirroring (iPhone/iPad) or Smart View / Cast (Android). Connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi, choose your TV and test picture and sound before class. Compatibility varies by TV.

6. After your free month, if you want to continue

The no-card free offer costs 0 RON and ends on the date shown in your account. There is no automatic payment or paid renewal.

  1. Return to andreiosanu.ro → Access your online account and log in with your existing account.
  2. Open Pricing and choose: 8 LIVE classes + recordings: 119 RON/month; recordings only: 49 RON/month; or one LIVE class: 24 RON, one-time payment.
  3. Select Buy, check what the option includes and its terms, then complete your purchase. Separately purchased monthly memberships renew until canceled.

After purchase, book your LIVE class separately in Schedule or open Videos, depending on the option you chose.

7. How to stop automatic renewal

You can stop renewal of a paid monthly membership at any time from your account.

  1. Visit andreiosanu.ro → Access your online account → Login. Use the same email you used to activate your membership.
  2. In your account, open Active Packages and select your membership.
  3. Select Cancel, then confirm that you want to stop renewal.
Stopping renewal prevents the next charge. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The no-card free offer ends automatically and does not start a payment or paid renewal. The steps above apply to separately purchased paid monthly memberships.
